These truffles contain a woodsy aroma with flavors of garlic, wild mushroom and earthy hazlenut undertones. Their rough alligator skin-like surface is near black, with a pale colored flesh and beautiful white marbling.
COMPLIMENT YOUR DISH: Summer truffles are more subtle than their winter counterparts. They can be shaved fresh as a finishing element or infused into sauces to add depth and complexity.
